Overlooking the Strathmore countryside, Alyth is a great destination to stop for tea and a cake, and a walk around the village.

Sited close to the fifteenth-century Pack Bridge, Alyth Museum draws its collections from the rich social history of this rural community and presents them in a themed exhibit that includes industry, agriculture, cultural life and travelling folk. Images from the archive of local Blairgowrie photographers, D. Wilson Laing, provide a fascinating insight into of four generations of everyday life in and around Alyth.
